To meet the needs of all those intolerant to gluten, we also offer a gluten-free menu; we prepare vegan and vegetarian dishes ad hoc.

The restaurant is certified according to HACCP. All rooms, kitchen and bathrooms of the restaurant are disinfected daily and all workers are provided with the necessary protections, namely eye protection, gloves, hats, masks and shoes.
